ADITYA TRADING supplies solar products, solar kits, equipment and related materials to dealers, businesses and other commercial buyers.

2. Applicability

These terms apply to transactions where products or services are purchased from Aditya Trading for business, dealership, resale, commercial use or other B2B purposes.

3. Quotations and Orders

Product availability, quantity, specification, price, delivery terms and payment terms may be communicated through quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, invoice or other accepted commercial communication.

Final commercial terms applicable to an order will be based on the quotation, purchase order, invoice or other agreed transaction document.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Prices may vary depending on product brand, specification, quantity, market conditions, stock availability and applicable taxes.

Indicative prices shown on the website are for general reference. Final pricing will be confirmed through the applicable quotation or commercial document.

5. Payments

Buyers must make payment according to the payment terms specified in the applicable quotation, invoice, order or other agreed commercial communication.

Online payments may be processed through authorized banks or payment gateway providers. A transaction will be treated as confirmed only after successful payment verification.

6. Product Availability

Product availability may change due to stock movement, manufacturer availability, supply conditions or market demand. Where an ordered item becomes unavailable, Aditya Trading may communicate an alternative product, revised timeline or other appropriate resolution to the buyer.

7. Delivery and Self-Collection

Orders may be supplied through delivery or self-collection as agreed between Aditya Trading and the buyer.

Delivery charges, transport arrangements, unloading responsibility and delivery timelines may vary according to the order and will be communicated where applicable.

8. Inspection of Goods

Business buyers should inspect supplied goods for visible shortage, damage or specification mismatch at the time of receipt or as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Any issue should be reported to Aditya Trading along with relevant invoice, order and supporting details for review.

9. Warranty

Product warranty, where applicable, may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms, product category, specification and applicable supporting documents.

Warranty coverage may differ between solar panels, inverters, accessories and other materials.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

B2B cancellation, return and refund requests are subject to the separate Aditya Trading B2B Refund & Cancellation Policy and may depend on order status, procurement, dispatch, customized requirements and costs already incurred.

11. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for providing correct business, delivery, GST, billing and payment information required for processing their transactions.
