Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
Aditya Solars provides solar products, installation and related services based on individual customer requirements. Since solar projects may involve site-specific planning, procurement, documentation and installation work, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the project and the expenses already incurred.
2. Cancellation Requests
Customers who wish to cancel a confirmed order or project should contact Aditya Solars as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project status, materials ordered or supplied, services already performed and other applicable commitments or expenses.
3. Refund Eligibility
Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be determined after considering payments received and any legitimate costs already incurred toward the customer's project, including procurement, documentation, site work, installation or other agreed services.
4. Completed or Partially Completed Work
Amounts attributable to products already supplied, customized materials, completed installation work, documentation, services already rendered or other non-recoverable project expenses may not be refundable.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a customer makes a duplicate payment or believes that an incorrect amount has been charged, the customer should contact Aditya Solars with the relevant payment and transaction details. After verification, any amount found to have been received incorrectly may be refunded through an appropriate payment method.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed after verification of the request and applicable project or transaction details. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may also depend on the bank or payment service provider involved in the transaction.
